The owner of Compass, John Young, is from Plymouth MA and has over a decade of sales experience on the east coast. John also has extensive experience building boats from the keel up. John has run boats up and down the east coast for the past several years, and has logged thousand of miles on the water. Through building and operating boats, John has a deep understanding of boat production and performance which enhances his ability to find the right boat for each customer.

Our Brokers are always personally available any day of the week throughout the year to talk to you about your needs. Compass has the ability to list and sell boats nationwide.
